Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All weights, measurements, and carat weights are approximate. Natural gemstones may vary slightly in color and appearance from photographs. We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your display settings.
Diamond Certification: Not all stones automatically include a grading certificate. GIA or IGI certification is available as an optional add-on — please enquire at the time of order. Hallmarking: All gold items are assayed and hallmarked by 9 Jewels Ltd.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Price Matching: If you find an identical item at a lower price from a UK competitor within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we'll refund the difference (subject to verification and our terms).
Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline this offer at our discretion. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Limit quantities purchased per person or per order
- Discontinue products at any time
- Correct pricing errors (if an error is discovered before dispatch, we'll notify you)
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation email.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces require additional time for crafting. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Important Notice - Weight and Color Variations:
Please note that made-to-order jewellery items may have slight variations in final weight and color compared to product images and specifications. Natural gemstones can vary in color intensity, and hand-crafted items may have minor weight differences (typically within 5-10% of stated weight). These variations are characteristic of handmade, natural jewellery and do not constitute a defect. All items will match the agreed specifications in terms of metal type, purity, gemstone type, and overall design.
Production Timeframes:
- •Simple Customizations: 2-3 weeks (minor modifications, engravings, basic resizing)
- •Standard Bespoke Pieces: 4-6 weeks (custom designs, stone selection and setting)
- •Complex Custom Designs: 6-8 weeks (intricate designs, multiple stones, complex metalwork)
Production time is in addition to standard shipping time. We'll keep you updated throughout the crafting process with progress photos where applicable.
Important: Made-to-order and bespoke items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the agreed specifications.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All items are dispatched with full insurance and require a signature upon delivery. Risk passes to you upon delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions.
For full details on shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Cancellations
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, subject to conditions. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, certificates, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, engraved, resized, or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, standard return procedures apply.
